We begin with a skin and hair assessment to evaluate your skin tone, hair type, and treatment goals. This determines whether laser hair removal is appropriate for you and allows us to build a personalized treatment plan.
Treatment
Each session targets active hair follicles with precisely calibrated diode laser energy. Treatment time varies by area — smaller areas like the upper lip take minutes; larger areas like the legs take longer. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild snapping feeling.
Results Over Time
Hair reduction occurs gradually over a series of sessions, typically spaced 4–8 weeks apart. Most clients see significant reduction after a full series, with some areas requiring maintenance treatments over time. Results vary by individual.

Before Your Session
- Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment — do not wax, thread, or use depilatory creams for at least 4 weeks prior.
- Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for at least 2 weeks before treatment.
- Arrive with clean, product-free skin in the treatment area.
- Inform your provider of any medications, skin conditions, or recent sun exposure.
After Your Session
- Avoid sun exposure and apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ to treated areas for at least 2 weeks.
- Do not use heat — saunas, hot tubs, or intense exercise — for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
- Some redness and mild sensitivity in the treated area is normal and typically resolves within a few hours.
- Do not wax, thread, or pluck between sessions — shaving is permitted.
